The exact scope and terms of cooperation are agreed individually for each property.

Before the season, we agree on a realistic minimum performance benchmark and terms of cooperation.

If Cestario materially fails to deliver its agreed part or reach the agreed minimum performance while the owner meets their conditions, the owner may end exclusivity.

We do not accept every property.

Founding 5 is only for properties where we believe there is sufficient rental potential and where we can genuinely influence the result.
